Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for an HR Management position. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HR regulations, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of managing Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
