Tele Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a night shift environment, and have experience in outbound sales.

Sales Requirements

  • Maintain a positive attitude towards customers
  • Log details in relevant software and provide timely updates
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer queries
  • Utilize creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidates must have basic knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Web Development
  • Experience in call center environments with 1.5 years or more of USA-based outbound sales is preferred
  • B2B Outbound Sales Campaign expertise is required
  • Extensive communication skills via phone, email, and chat are essential
  • The ability to handle pressure is crucial
