Position Title: Client Success Executive
Timings: 5:00 pm - 2:00 am

Position Purpose:
We seek 2 talented and driven individuals to join our team as Client Success Executives for our US clientele. Candidates should have at least 2 years of mid-level experience in the service industry, specifically in IT & Software services. Exceptional English proficiency is essential; IELTS certification is a plus.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a reputed local or foreign university.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Client Success Executive with direct client coordination.
- Proficiency in English communication is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact.
- Schedule regular meetings to understand and deepen client engagement.
- Collaborate across departments to develop tailored success strategies.
- Identify opportunities for product/service improvements to meet client needs.
- Address client concerns promptly, ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Escalate critical issues and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor client usage metrics for renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Work independently and with sales teams to drive renewals and upselling.
- Act as a client advocate, representing their interests within the organization.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and enhance client experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Client Success with international clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of successful client success strategies.
- Proficiency in English communication and client engagement.
- IELTS certification is highly valued.
- Knowledge of client relationship management.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially in client retention and engagement.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
- Results-oriented, focusing on client feedback and process improvements.
