Overview

HR | Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist – is seeking a Property Sales Coordinator (Project Sales) to sell property units, visit clients, understand client requirements, demonstrate properties, and close deals. You will represent the company to ensure a positive customer experience and a simple, seamless process.

Responsibilities
  • Understand clients' requirements
  • Brief clients about relevant property units
  • Provide property demonstrations, carry out site visits, and close deals in a timely manner
  • Follow up with clients to understand evolving requirements

Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience
  • Passionate about sales with commitment to excellence, customer service, and alignment with our core values
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
