Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Manage sales operations and monitor individual/team performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with investors, buyers, and property owners.
  • Provide training, guidance, and assistance to new and existing sales team members.
  • Stay updated with local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and progress to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience:
    Fresh graduates to 4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of Lahore's real estate market (especially Gulberg area) will be a plus.
