Assistant Manager – Outreach, Organic Growth

Aboutthe Role:

We arelooking for a dynamic and self-driven Assistant Manager – Outreach, OrganicGrowth & Social Media to lead our international and local digital outreachinitiatives, drive organic growth, and own our social media presence. The idealcandidate will transition our outreach efforts from traditional methods tomodern, scalable, and software-driven strategies while still utilizingconventional channels where necessary.

You will also be responsible for ideating andexecuting content strategies, driving SEO, and managing events (both virtualand in-person) to generate engagement, leads, and brand awareness.

• Lead international outreach efforts for new business and brandvisibility across Canada, the Middle East, and the US.
  
• Phase out cold calling by introducing modern tools and automationfor LinkedIn, email, and other digital outreach.
  
• Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns via:
  
• LinkedIn automation and messaging
  
• Cold/warm email campaigns (automated and personalized)
  
• Calling campaigns
  
• Launch outreach campaigns for new products/services in thePakistani market.
  
• Regularly evaluate outreach tools and CRM integration to enhancelead quality and response rates.
  
• Develop and own the company's social media strategy aligned withbrand and business goals.
  
• Ideate, plan, and execute content calendars across platforms(LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  
• Drive measurable growth in impressions, engagement, and followers.
  
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-impactcampaigns.
  
• Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and optimize based onanalytics.
  

ContentDevelopment & SEO:

• Oversee the creation of high-quality written and visual content forblogs, social media, and campaigns.
  
• Ensure on-page and technical SEO best practices are implementedacross the website.
  
• Drive off-page SEO by building backlinks, citations, andpartnerships.
  
• Contribute ideas and copy for blogs, newsletters, landing pages,and organic lead-gen content.
  

EventManagement:

• Plan and execute online (webinars) and offline (in-person) eventsto engage prospects and customers.
  
• Coordinate logistics, promotions, invites, and follow-ups for eachevent.
  
• Ensure all events meet predefined KPIs and support broader outreachgoals.
  
• Lead post-event engagement efforts, including community buildingand remarketing.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, orrelated field.
  
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital outreach,and/or social media management.
  
• Proven track record of running successful outreach or organicgrowth campaigns.
  
• Hands-on experience with email/LinkedIn automation tools
  
• Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms.
  
• Familiarity with SEO tools
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  

Nice toHave:

• Experience in a cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B technology environment.
  
• Exposure to marketing automation and CRM platforms
  
• Experience managing remote outreach or international lead-gencampaigns.
  

Location: Islamabad / Karachi
Experience Required: Minimum 2 - 5 years
