Job Title: Product Engineers ORLinkedIn Outreach & Automation Specialist (Full-time)

Department / Reporting Line: Lead Generation — reports to Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Setup & Management
  • Design, launch, and maintain multi-step LinkedIn messaging sequences using tools such as Sales Navigator, Make.com, Phantombuster, Dripify, Dux-Soup, Waalaxy, Expandi, or equivalent, keeping daily activity within LinkedIn limits.
  1. Prospect Research & List Building
  • Define ICP filters, scrape/verify contact lists, and enrich data for CRM import.
  1. Personalised Copywriting & A/B Testing
  • Craft human-sounding connection notes and follow-ups; test variants to improve acceptance and reply rates. outreachai.co
  1. Data-Driven Optimisation
  • Track KPIs (connection acceptance %, reply %, meetings booked), generate weekly dashboards, and iterate on copy, cadence, and targeting.
  1. Compliance & Platform Health
  • Monitor account safety indicators, adjust throttling, and stay current with LinkedIn policy/AI-automation updates. linkedin.com
  1. Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Sync with Sales to align messaging, hand off Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs), and maintain clean records in HubSpot/Sheets.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years hands-on experience running LinkedIn automation or outreach at a B2B company or agency.

  • Strong copywriting, English communication, and persona research skills.
  • Data skills: Excel/Sheets pivots, basic SQL or BI dashboards.
