Job Title: Product Engineers ORLinkedIn Outreach & Automation Specialist (Full-time)
Department / Reporting Line: Lead Generation — reports to Head of Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup & Management
- Design, launch, and maintain multi-step LinkedIn messaging sequences using tools such as Sales Navigator, Make.com, Phantombuster, Dripify, Dux-Soup, Waalaxy, Expandi, or equivalent, keeping daily activity within LinkedIn limits.
- Prospect Research & List Building
- Define ICP filters, scrape/verify contact lists, and enrich data for CRM import.
- Personalised Copywriting & A/B Testing
- Craft human-sounding connection notes and follow-ups; test variants to improve acceptance and reply rates. outreachai.co
- Data-Driven Optimisation
- Track KPIs (connection acceptance %, reply %, meetings booked), generate weekly dashboards, and iterate on copy, cadence, and targeting.
- Compliance & Platform Health
- Monitor account safety indicators, adjust throttling, and stay current with LinkedIn policy/AI-automation updates. linkedin.com
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Sync with Sales to align messaging, hand off Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs), and maintain clean records in HubSpot/Sheets.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years hands-on experience running LinkedIn automation or outreach at a B2B company or agency.
- Proficiency with at least two automation platforms (Phantombuster, Make.com, Expandi, Dripify, Linked Helper, Dux-Soup, Zapier, etc.). persana.aionlinejobs.ph
- Strong copywriting, English communication, and persona research skills.
- Data skills: Excel/Sheets pivots, basic SQL or BI dashboards.
- CRM literacy (HubSpot or similar) and understanding of MQL/SQL processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
