Lead Generation Representative (Night Shift – In-Office)

₨60,000 – ₨90,000 PKR/month + Performance Bonuses (Earn Up to ₨200,000) | Full-Time | Night Shift | Career Progression | REVCORP

Are you an ambitious communicator with a passion for sales and a drive to excel? At REVCORP, we are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Representative to join our dynamic night shift team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business growth while building a rewarding sales career in a professional and supportive environment.

Shift Timings

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)

Location: In-Office

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls

Conduct thorough research to understand target client profiles and tailor outreach accordingly

Schedule qualified appointments and seamlessly hand over leads to the sales team

Manage and update lead data accurately within CRM systems

Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on campaign performance

Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Candidate Profile

6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills

Confident and persuasive in cold calling and digital outreach

Proficient with LinkedIn, CRM software, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
