- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversees all company social media accounts management on different platforms.
- Develops engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
- Analyzes social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data.
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
- Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
- Keep up to date with any social media trends.
- Assist with general day to day administration tasks.
- Job timings for this position are flexible. Your job timings will be from 2pm to 11pm or 3pm to 12am Pakistan time.
- Total time per day is 9 hours (including 1 hour break for dinner, tea, prayer etc.), 5 days a week (Sat. & Sun. off).
- Must be willing to work in evening shift or perhaps based on an American time zone.
- Must have excellent English speaking skills in American or neutral accent. If your English speaking skills are just average or just good, please do not apply.
- A creative leader capable of providing "big idea" concepts and ability to coach, train, and inspire creative development of team members. This includes working in collaboration with each team member individually and in groups.
- Must have at least 3 years or more of proven professional industry experience working in a USA Based Marketing or Software Agency and experience of handling outbound/inbound calls.
- Output volume and quality
- Must be proficient in using multiple online and web based systems for scheduling
