Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to drive our digital marketing strategies and campaigns, increasing online presence, driving traffic, and generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to meet business objectives, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other online advertising channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Lead and manage the SEO team to drive traffic and increase organic rankings.
  • Oversee the design team to ensure all digital assets are visually compelling and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
  • Negotiate with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Able to analyze data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
