Job Summary:

This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who's comfortable running ads, analyzing metrics, and integrating campaigns with Shopify. You'll work closely with our content team to deliver results across paid media and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Ad Campaigns (Meta, Google, Pinterest)

  • Set up, manage & optimizeMeta Ads, Google Ads, and optionally Pinterest
  • Handlebudget planning, targeting, retargeting, andA/B testing
  • Work closely with design & content teams to develop high-performing creatives
  • Create audience segments & lookalikes based on behavior

Shopify & Tracking Integration

  • Implement & troubleshootShopify Pixel/Event tracking (Meta + Google)
  • Ensureeventslike ViewContent, AddToCart, Purchase, etc., are firing correctly
  • Integrate and manageShopify Reviews apps(e.g. Loox, Judge.me)

Reporting & Optimization

  • MonitorCTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate
  • Build weekly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes and industry trends

Social Media Coordination

  • Manage/schedule posts across Facebook & Instagram
  • Align content calendar with running campaigns
  • Collaborate on influencer/UGC strategy for UK market

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience withMeta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Proven experience managingShopify pixel/event tracking
  • Familiarity withShopify Reviews apps(Loox, Judge.me, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset — you live in dashboards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience withUK audience targetingor international ad accounts
  • Pinterest or TikTok ads experience
  • GA4, GTM, or Shopify CRO knowledge
