Overview
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Supervise and oversee content development and distribution across various channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data according to marketing strategies, track campaign effectiveness, and continuous implementation of methods to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrative managers both clinical and non-clinical, and other associated customers to achieve business and market objectives.
  • Remain current with the latest healthcare marketing trends, current health care practices, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance progressive mindset in accordance to brand reputation and capable work with unconventional approach.
  • Design and implement patient engagement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives
  • Manage inaugurations, launches and other marketing campaigns through digital and conventional marketing.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications platforms
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's Degree in Marketing or related field with 8 to 10 years of proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in managerial role preferably in healthcare sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and marketing software and tools.
