About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of our native mobile app projects across Android and iOS. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure the successful delivery of secure, high-quality mobile applications tailored to the FinTech industry. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical awareness, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for building user-first digital products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile app projects across iOS and Android platforms
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Coordinate mobile development, QA, backend, and design resources to ensure timely and high-quality releases
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for project updates across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and product teams
• Translate complex technical discussions into actionable updates for business stakeholders

Process & Planning

• Maintain clear and detailed project documentation, roadmaps, and release plans
• Help define and refine team workflows, improving delivery efficiency and collaboration
• Manage external dependencies, cross-team coordination, and release schedules

Risk Management & Quality Assurance

• Identify and manage risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure proper test planning and app store readiness
• Support pre-release and post-release activities including TestFlight, Play Store, and App Store submissions
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in delivery processes and communication
• Analyze retrospective feedback and performance metrics to improve team effectiveness
• Stay informed on mobile development trends and agile project management best practices

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile PM are a plus

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing software or mobile development projects
• Proven experience coordinating native mobile app delivery (Android/iOS) in a production environment
• Familiarity with RESTful API-driven development and CI/CD workflows
• Experience working within FinTech or other highly regulated industries is an advantage

Skills:

• Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycles, deployment pipelines, and app store processes
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Clear and effective communication across technical and business audiences
• Comfortable working in a remote or distributed team environment
