Project Coordinator – Mobile App Development

The role of a Project Coordinator is to oversee the planning and execution of our native mobile app projects across Android and iOS platforms. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring the successful delivery of secure, high-quality mobile applications tailored to the FinTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile app projects across iOS and Android platforms
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Coordinate mobile development, QA, backend, and design resources to ensure timely and high-quality releases

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, and serve as the main point of contact for project updates across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactive communication of progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and product teams is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile PM are a plus

Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing software or mobile development projects, with proven experience coordinating native mobile app delivery (Android/iOS) in a production environment. Familiarity with RESTful API-driven development and CI/CD workflows is also necessary. Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycles, deployment pipelines, and app store processes, proficiency in Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
