Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Business Analyst to support our projects and development teams in building and optimizing software solutions. You will work closely with senior Business Analysts, Project Owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements, manage product backlogs, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing and documenting business requirements for features and products in an agile environment.
  • Work with Product Owners to understand business objectives and align them with product development.
  • Support in managing and prioritizing the product backlog effectively.
  • Ensure that requirements are well-documented and updated in project management tools.
  • Communicate with developers, designers, and business teams to ensure clarity in requirements.
  • Participate in meetings to help gather feedback and build consensus on product features.
  • Assist in evaluating current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Research industry trends and best practices to enhance product features and user experience.
  • Work alongside senior BAs to learn best practices in business analysis and product management.
  • Support team members in understanding and documenting product functionalities.
  • Help conceptualize and ideate cost-effective, user-friendly, and high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct basic competitor research to benchmark product improvements.
