About the Role

We're looking for a self-starting Copywriter to help shape how Edge speaks to the world — across web, SEO, lifecycle, and growth campaigns. You'll write for conversion, clarity, and credibility — whether it's launching a new landing page, crafting lifecycle nurture emails, or optimizing SEO-driven blog content.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement. If you know how to blend storytelling with scale, understand the full customer journey, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Write clear, conversion-optimized copy for:

  • Website pages (service offerings, landing pages, talent role pages)
  • Growth marketing assets (ads, lead gen campaigns, paid content)
  • Lifecycle and email marketing flows (welcome, nurture, upsell, winback)
  • SEO content (blog posts, how-to guides, search-focused assets)
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product team to align messaging with Edge's brand voice and strategic goals.
  • Help build and maintain a high-performing content system — aligned with funnel stages, buyer personas, and industry segments (Medical, Dental, Insurance).
  • Contribute to CRO experimentation with copy A/B testing and landing page iterations.
  • Use AI and content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) and SEO tools like SEMrush to accelerate ideation and optimization — without sacrificing originality or intent.
  • Understand customer lifecycle moments and tailor content accordingly (activation, expansion, referral).
  • Operate with autonomy in a lean, high-output team environment. Prioritize speed and clarity over perfection.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–5 years of copywriting experience across web, email, content marketing, and growth — preferably in B2B, SaaS, or startup environments.
  • A strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and how to write for each funnel stage
  • Demonstrated ability to write performance-focused copy that speaks to business decision-makers (practice owners, clinic directors, insurance executives)
  • Experience writing high-performing ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and SEO platforms like SEMrush
  • Preferred: familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, and performance marketing workflows
  • You're comfortable in a fast-moving, remote-first team that values ownership, speed, and clarity.
