Role: Business Development Executive (Remote | Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and securing projects that contribute to CN Tech's ongoing success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  2. Generate high-quality leads through online platforms, networking, and outbound strategies.
  3. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  4. Communicate CN Tech's value proposition effectively to prospective customers.
  5. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure software and digital service projects.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
  7. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in new business development and lead generation.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  4. Experience in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  5. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  6. Experience in the software or technology services industry is a strong advantage.
  7. Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, or other freelancing/business development channels is a plus.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
