  • Customer Support Manager

We're Hiring: Customer Support Manager & Customer Sales Closer

Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Edge Solutions is looking for dynamic, English-fluent professionals to join our fast-growing Digital Marketing Campaign team. If you're passionate about closing deals, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring customer success we want to hear from you

  • Customer Sales Closer
  • Customer Support Manager
What You'll Do:

For Sales Closer:

  • Drive new client acquisition and close sales effectively
  • Present Edge Solutions' digital marketing services and convert leads into loyal clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Track and optimize sales performance

For Customer Support Manager:

  • Lead client onboarding and success campaigns
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities
  • Act as a strategic advisor for client needs
  • Analyze feedback and improve service delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Digital Marketing Campaign (Sales or Support)
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in sales closing or customer support
  • Ability to join immediately
Perks & Benefits:
  • Sales Closer Salary: PKR 100K–150K
  • Customer Support Manager Salary: PKR 150K–250K
