Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to manage the complete recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers. Strong interpersonal skills, a robust talent pipeline, and excellent communication abilities are crucial.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Source high-quality candidates, shortlist them, schedule interviews, and maintain correspondence.
  • Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline by identifying top talent.
  • Maintain courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships.
  • Understand the organization's requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts based on those needs.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and create liaisons with career placement cells.
  • Coordinate and facilitate hiring managers on their respective hiring(s) flawlessly.
  • Ensure accurate job descriptions (JDs) are in place.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in HRM or Business Management.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven expertise in the recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation.
  • Professionally well-connected and comfortable using outside sources to locate key prospective candidates.
  • Multi-tasking and positive attitude with a high work ethic.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
