Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi Division for an Assistant Manager Fiber Dyeing. The Assistant Manager Fiber Dyeing will oversee dyeing processes, ensure quality control, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate with various departments. Key responsibilities include ensuring production targets are met, monitoring the dyeing process for consistency and quality, troubleshooting dyeing issues, and implementing improvements. The role involves supervising and training staff, maintaining inventory levels, and complying with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of fiber dyeing processes and techniques.
  • Experience in quality control and troubleshooting dyeing issues.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the textile industry is a plus.
