NOWPDP is a non-governmental organization which works to promote an inclusive society through holistic and sustainable endeavors in the areas of education and economic empowerment.
NOWPDP is seeking an individual to overlook daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to; managing appointments, arranging travel plans and itineraries and compiling documents for meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage and optimize the Leadership's calendar, including scheduling internal/external meetings, events, and deadlines.
- Coordinate daily logistics such as transportation and meeting venues for engagements, travel, and events.
- Prepare and document meetings by creating agendas, compiling background notes, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
Document and Communication Management
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-level communication and documents, including reports, proposals, and correspondence for donors, the board, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and organize corporate records and sensitive materials, including board documents and confidential correspondence, with discretion and sound judgment.
- Oversee the leadership's communications, ensuring timely, professional responses to internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Maintain an up-to-date stakeholder database and coordinate engagement activities, follow-ups, and documentation (e.g., MoUs, partnership agreements).
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Logistics & Coordination
- Partner with relevant teams to manage logistics for meetings, events, and complex travel plans, including bookings, visas, and itineraries.
Strategic & Executive Support
- Support strategic decision-making through research, briefing materials, and data tracking (e.g., dashboards, reports).
- Anticipate the leadership's needs and proactively manage shifting priorities and timelines.
Required Experience and Skills:
Experience & Skills:
·1-2 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·Ability to multitask and be effective in time-sensitive situations
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office
