Job Description

vFairs is an all-in-one event management software that helps organizations host memorable virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. We aim to help organizations influence, inspire, and delight audiences without space and time limits. What We Do

Our platform enables organizations to connect globally, create impactful events with rich 3D designs, and facilitate attendee interaction through chat and webinar tools. We are looking for project coordinators in the EST & Australia time zones.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the success of our customers, managing their entire lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support. Your responsibilities include building strong relationships, coordinating project activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Create strong relationships with customers
Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure quality conformance
  • Assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
  • Investigate product complaints and quality issues to ensure resolution
    • Passionate about working with customers
    • Exercise sound business judgment
    • Use project management skills to help customers achieve their goals
