We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a proven track record of creating exceptional user experiences for SaaS products in startup environments. You'll lead design initiatives, own user-centered design strategies, and collaborate with product/engineering teams to enhance our product GoCustomer's platform usability and visual appeal.

GoCustomer.ai is a fast-growing AI-powered customer acquisition platform that helps businesses scale hyper-personalized outreach, optimize customer journeys, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

1) User-Centered Design Strategy

  • Design and execute intuitive user interfaces and experiences across our platform Own KPIs: user engagement metrics, task completion rates, and satisfaction scores

2) Product Feature Design & Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end design processes for new AI features (e.g., Email Recipe Library, deliverability tools)
  • Partner with product teams to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly interfaces

3) Design System Development

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive design system ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints
  • Develop reusable components and patterns to improve design efficiency and cohesion

4) Prototyping & User Testing

  • Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to validate design concepts before development
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
  • Craft visually appealing interfaces that embody our brand while prioritizing usability
  • Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across all devices and screen sizes

6) Design Trend Analysis

  • Monitor UI/UX trends in AI tools (e.g., Lavender AI, Outreach) to identify innovation opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven portfolio showcasing successful product designs (e.g., "Redesigned core user journey resulting in 40% increase in feature adoption")
  • Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping platforms
  • Strong understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user psychology
  • Startup DNA : Thrives in ambiguity, prioritizes ruthlessly, and executes with limited resources.
  • Experience designing for AI/ML-driven products and complex data visualizations
  • Background in design systems and component libraries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field

Experience

  • Atleast 3 years in UI/UX design, with a focus on B2B SaaS/startup environments
