Responsibilities:
  1. Establish independently Quality Management System of Clinical and Non Clinical Department.
  2. Conduct Quality Rounds / Weekly Check List Rounds.
  3. Assist HOD/ Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in planning of Departmental Tasks.
  4. Plan and perform Internal Audits of the department on a timely basis.
  5. Manage and maintain databases for the quality system.
  6. Assign and monitor tasks of QA officers.
  7. Keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance issues.
  8. Timely perform Quality Rounds, Weekly Check Lists, and Internal Audits.
  9. Timely prepare Internal Audit and Quality Round Reports.
  10. Timely establish Quality Management Systems Projects.
  11. Identify new KPIs and ensure timely closure of Departmental Objectives and KPIs.
  12. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. MBBS / Pharm-D / M.Sc. (Biochemistry / Microbiology) / Bachelors in Physical Therapy and MBA/MPA/ Internal Audit Course would be considered as an additional qualification. Must have 5-6 years' experience in a Hospital / Health Care Setting.
  2. Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
