Job Details:

  • Shift Timings: 3 PM - 12 PM
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
  • Office Location: Bahria Town Tower, PECHS Block 2, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough QA testing of websites to ensure functionality, usability, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and issues.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Develop and maintain QA documentation and testing procedures
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Respond to client emails promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a digital or web development environment.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
