About The Role
  • As a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer, you will collaborate with clients and technology teams to implement large Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce projects. You should be client-focused, team-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Essential Functions
  • Plan, configure, and implement D365 Commerce solutions for clients.
  • Use your knowledge of business processes and D365 Commerce to develop solutions.
  • Create business process walkthroughs, functional requirements, and design documents for in-scope functionality.
  • Act as the interface between clients and our development & quality engineering teams, providing clarifications as needed.
  • Perform user acceptance testing of system functionalities and business processes.
  • Participate in setting up and executing project workflows.
  • Manage and build client relationships as a primary responsibility.
  • Plan, prioritize, and create detailed project plans.
  • Contribute proactively to team discussions with strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX, specifically in the Retail module, with at least 3 years in Dynamics 365 Commerce.
  • Experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations of D365 Commerce / AX 2012 Retail.
  • Hands-on experience in Retail/Commerce and e-Commerce industries, with a good understanding of ERP value flow.
  • Strong client interaction skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency in managing requirements, scope, and risks.
  • Experience with rollouts, deployments, upgrades, store setups, and migrations.
  • Experience in code/fix deployment to MPOS and CPOS, and troubleshooting POS hardware setups.
  • Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and Retail industry knowledge.
  • Ability to create test artifacts and perform testing of deployed modules.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including creating end-user documentation.
  • Experience in user onboarding and supporting post-onboarding hyper-care.
  • Ability to work with a global team and guide issue resolution.
Additional Information
  • Knowledge of Azure and integration with other ERP/business systems.
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles.
  • Basic SQL query writing skills.
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 Retail/Commerce are preferred.
