What You'll Do:

SolReliance is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our outbound campaigns. If you're experienced with Salesforce, understand data tools like Lead411, and know how to ensure email deliverability with proper domain configurations, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:
  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns via Salesforce
  • Create segmented lists, build workflows, and monitor campaign performance
  • Scrape and enrich contact data using tools like, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Optimize deliverability by setting up and maintaining SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
  • Collaborate with our sales and growth teams to align targeting and messaging
  • Monitor email health, bounce rates, spam issues, and troubleshoot proactively
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email tools
  • Knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Experience using lead generation and scraping tools ( ZoomInfo , Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to list quality, segmentation, and analytics
  • Must be able to work on-site full-time
