Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to develop and implement effective email marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing principles, excellent writing and design skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
  • Design and create visually appealing emails using templates or from scratch
  • Write compelling subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action that drive results
  • Manage and segment email lists to ensure optimal delivery and engagement
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
