About the Role

Sigi Technologies is looking for an innovative Digital Marketing & AI Outreach Specialist who excels in AI-powered tools, outbound strategies, and digital campaign execution. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who understands the evolving landscape of performance marketing and lead generation through AI automation and direct outreach.

You'll take charge of identifying prospects, building outreach workflows, creating digital marketing funnels, and converting leads — combining creativity, technology, and marketing know-how.

What You'll Do

  • Use AI-powered tools (Clay, Apollo.io, Lemlist, Phantombuster, etc.) to build and automate outbound lead generation campaignsIdentify and engage C-level executives and decision-makers through personalized multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
  • Set up and optimize AI-driven workflows and sequences to scale outreach and follow-upsCollaborate with technical teams to configure AI tools for automation and messaging enhancements.
  • Run paid digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation and retargeting.
  • Develop and execute SEO and content strategies to drive organic trafficManage and optimize email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Analyze key campaign metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, ROAS) and continuously refine strategiesA/B test messaging, CTAs, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and lead funnel efficiencyStay updated on AI tools, marketing automation trends, and industry benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven outbound tools and cold outreach automation.
  • Strong understanding of modern lead generation workflows and digital funnels.
  • Proven track record of running successful multi-channel campaigns (email, ads, social, SEO).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Highly proactive, data-driven, and able to manage multiple tools and campaigns independently.
