Overview

Location: Clifton, Karachi (on-site full-time job). Required Qualification: CIMA/ ACCA Part Qualified/ CA Intermediate.

We are hiring for an Accountant with a result-driven, professionally trained and motivated profile to handle and maintain all financial transactions. We seek a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to manage and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities
  • Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, payroll, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage ledgers and ensure accurate financial record keeping across departments.
  • Support the senior/managing accountant and wider finance team.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports; maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an accountant.
  • Knowledge of General Accounting Concepts; experience in Manufacturing & Store Accounting in a computerised environment is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of book keeping, accounts payable, VAT returns (including for UK clients).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to report on financial matters.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with Xero; familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA (FICO) preferred.
  • Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple departments.
Additional Details
  • Type: Full Time, On-Site, Monday to Saturday.
  • Salary: 100k to 140k depending on experience.
  • Location: Clifton, Karachi.
