Manager Quality Management

Mansha & Brothers (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a skilled Quality Manager to join our development team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes across the production floor.
-Lead the QA/QC team and ensure proper inspection procedures are followed.
-Coordinate with production, design, and merchandising teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated.
-Train staff on quality standards, tools, and techniques.
-Maintain documentation for compliance with internal and client-specific standards.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree with TQM Certifications (candidates with engineering background will be preferred).
-2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (gloves or textile preferred)
-Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), production processes, fabric types, stitching and finishing standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, root cause analysis and communication skills.
