Job Overview

We are seeking a Deputy Manager Quality Control to join our team at a leading textile manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing quality control plans according to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure garments meet planned specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process, from cutting to packing.
  • Visit customers and factories involved in production to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage and supervise the quality control department's manpower.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of AQL standards and garment quality parameters.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and rectify quality issues.
  • Familiarity with apparel industry production processes.
