Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, particularly within the fintech and financial services sector, ensuring their needs and expectations are met..
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting insights related to digital payments, financial risk mitigation, and recovery strategies.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the success of international debt negotiation campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all debt negotiation activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of negotiations and settlements.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance, campaign results, and other key metrics to senior management.

Fintech-Specific Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience working in fintech, digital lending, or a tech-driven financial services environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in fintech CRM tools, collection software, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Power BI).
  • Understanding of financial technologies, alternative credit scoring, and digital repayment systems.
  • Ability to navigate the intersection of customer service and financial technology in global markets.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of debt negotiators, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, financial products, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret fintech data and drive actionable strategies.
