We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid advertising across Google Ads (PPC), YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and scaling high-converting ad campaigns to drive leads, sales, and brand growth.

Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on:

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PPC)

YouTube Ads (TrueView, Bumper, In-stream)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

TikTok Ads (Spark Ads, In-Feed, Branded Hashtag)

Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid optimization for maximum ROI.

Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and adjust strategies.

Collaborate with content creators to align ads with creatives & landing pages.

Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging ad trends.

Job Specification:

Proven experience running profitable paid ad campaigns (Portfolio/Case Studies Required).
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Pixel Tracking, UTM Tagging).
Ability to optimize for lead generation & e-commerce sales.
Knowledge of SEO & organic social growth is a plus.
