Job Description

The pandas have embarked on an inspiring journey to serve "Meal for Every Table." This journey involves our Delivery Heroes, Vendor Partners, Suppliers, Pandamarts, and Passionate Homechefs, all united by the goal of delivering joy through delicious food & more. We face challenges, innovate, and strive to deliver Meal for Every Table with determination and heart.

Join us as we aim to connect with 25% of Pakistan's population, delivering more than just meals—uplifting lives and driving positive change. We are looking for a "Lead, Performance" in the Operations Domain.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of logistics data to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and find areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time logistics performance metrics such as delivery times, cost per order, and rider utilization.
  • Present regular reports to senior management, highlighting insights, challenges, and improvement strategies.
Rider Payout Planning:
  • Manage the cost per order (CPO) budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
  • Work with finance teams to set CPO targets, monitor deviations, and take corrective actions.
  • Design earnings plans for riders to incentivize performance while controlling costs.

Analyze market conditions like rider utilization, inflation, and competitor activity to adjust rider earnings and maintain rider satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data-related roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
