Job Title

Lead a high-performing team in a global, matrix environment to achieve new student enrolment objectives.

This role will oversee the management of end-to-end agent business relationships, service experience and in-market activities in Pakistan. The successful candidate must be a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of the Pakistani market.

  • Develop and execute sales account plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
  • Work alongside product sales and marketing teams to understand and identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
  • Manage a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customers' satisfaction.
  • Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile – active management.
  • Provide high-quality product and process training to agents.
  • Assist in the development and launch of new recruitment initiatives, products or regional strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity enabling greater market competitor awareness and analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to support student conversion and pre-arrival success.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Align the team with the Company's mission, vision, values and strategy; clearly articulate the Company's business goals/plans and initiatives, ensure they are translated into action through performance goal setting, regular cascade/communication and feedback processes.
  • Drive a high-performance and coaching culture; provide ongoing and appropriate support, coaching and development to enable their successful achievement of their objectives; energize through positive reinforcement and by acting as a solid role model.

About You:

  • Education industry experience is essential.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment teams and delivering against enrolment targets.
  • B2B, Channel Sales or Partner Agent experience.
  • B2C experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Strategic account management.
  • Consultative selling methodology.
  • Data analysis.
  • Social selling e.g., LinkedIn or on other digital platforms.
