Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive who is passionate about sales and business development. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and qualifying potential clients, building prospect lists, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify B2B leads via LinkedIn, directories, and databases
- Collect accurate contact details of decision-makers
- Reach out via email, calls, and social platforms
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead targets
Requirements:
- Prior lead generation experience (B2B preferred)
- Excellent research and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
