Job Title: Data Management Specialist

About the Role

This is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on data management and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential B2B leads using platforms like Apollo, Skrapp, GrowMeOrganic, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to engage potential leads and initiate business conversations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
  • Assist in setting up and managing mass email campaigns using Salesforce, ensuring deliverability and audience targeting.
  • Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to ensure relevance and potential fit before passing them on to the sales team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Practical experience using lead sourcing and outreach tools like Apollo, Skrapp, GrowMeOrganic, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze lead data and outreach performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective outreach and professional interactions.
