The Role:
The Analyst, Expert Relations, is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with experts, consultants, and professionals within our Expert Network. The role involves identifying, engaging, and collaborating with experts to expand our knowledge base and industry expertise, acting as a liaison to ensure effective communication, project collaboration, and mutual benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Geographic Coverage: Provide operations support across countries from the UK to Pakistan, ensuring regional reach.
- Data Verification: Verify and complete data entries for regions from the UK to Pakistan, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
- Ownership of Processes: Manage the entire process from consultation to payment, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Query and Payment Management: Handle queries efficiently and resolve payment issues proactively to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure data quality and verification.
- Expert Database Expansion: Identify and add new respondents based on their expertise and relevance to research topics.
- Payment Backlog Resolution: Address and resolve pending payments in the EMEA region promptly.
Required Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Working Hours: 12 pm - 09 pm (On-site)
Location: Askari Corporate Towers, Gulberg-III, Lahore
Qualifications: Foreign degree from Tier 1 universities, preferably from the UK, France, Spain, Denmark, Germany, or Belgium.
Experience: 0 to 2 years maximum.
