We are looking for a creative and organized "Social Media Marketing Manager" to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content calendars, generating engaging content ideas, and executing social media strategies that align with brand goals. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Calendar Management:
  • Plan, create, and maintain monthly social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Ensure timely posting and coordination with graphic designers and copywriters.
  • Idea Generation:
  • Brainstorm and pitch innovative content ideas, trends, reels, campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute brand campaigns and promotions.
  • Content Coordination:
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality visuals and copy.
  • Write engaging captions and coordinate approvals.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and report on key social metrics weekly/monthly (engagement, reach, followers, etc.).
  • Provide insights and suggestions for improvement based on performance data.
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, messages, and comments.
  • Manage brand voice and customer service across social platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of all major social platforms and current digital trends.
  • Basic understanding of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
