We provide revenue cycle management services to physicians in the USA and aim to hire over 100 employees every month due to tremendous growth. Headquartered in Lahore, with additional offices in Islamabad and Gujranwala, our company caters to multiple departments including Medical Billing, Business Development, Information Technology, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Executive located in Rawalpindi. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, posting job openings on various platforms, and maintaining candidate databases. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications
  • Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and interviewing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical billing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
