We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Python to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build robust backend APIs using Python frameworks (Django/FastAPI) following best practices and design patterns
  • Design, optimize, and maintain complex database schemas and queries for high-performance applications
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection measures across the stack
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with proper test coverage
  • Analyse complex technical problems and architect elegant solutions that balance performance, maintainability, and scalability
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and deliver new features
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in both frontend and backend technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django and/or FastAPI
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated experience in debugging complex issues, performance optimization, and system architecture decisions
  • Deep understanding of database concepts including normalization, indexing, query optimization, and transaction management
  • Expertise with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred), complex queries, and ORM frameworks
  • Strong understanding of npm/yarn, along with experience in publishing and maintaining packages
  • Expertise in TailwindCSS, shadcn, and modern frontend styling approaches
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong analytical thinking and systematic approach to troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Turborepo and monorepo architectures
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of Redis or other asynchronous task processing systems
  • Experience with LLM integrations and AI-powered features
