Director of Healthcare Business Expansion

We are seeking an accomplished professional to drive hospital growth and expand our network of healthcare partnerships. As Director of Healthcare Business Expansion, you will be central to developing and executing strategies that increase patient footfall, build strong relationships with corporate clients, and support outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement business expansion plans to drive hospital growth and enhance market presence.
- Bid on new contracts and maintain existing partnerships with corporate clients and institutional partners.
- Cultivate a network of healthcare professionals and facilitate collaboration between teams.
- Support the development and maintenance of B2B panels and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or healthcare management is preferred.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with market trends and industry developments.
- Experience working with tertiary care hospitals and health systems.
