We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter who will play a key role in our client's outbound sales strategy. O ur client is an innovative player in the Artificial Intelligence industry, delivering smart AI bot solutions tailored specifically for real estate professionals. Your main responsibility will be to generate qualified appointments for the sales team by making outbound calls to potential leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using pre-qualified lead lists.
• Follow and personalize a provided cold calling script to engage prospects effectively.
• Initiate meaningful conversations to identify interest and qualify leads.
• Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Accurately log all call outcomes, including booked appointments, scheduled callbacks, and other lead actions in the CRM system.
• Participate in regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Submit daily performance reports summarizing call outcomes and key metrics.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and handling objections professionally.
• Proven ability to set appointments and generate interest over the phone.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency is a plus.
• Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience is preferred.
