Job Title: Appointment Coordinator

A leading organization is seeking a skilled Appointment Coordinator to join their team. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to schedule appointments.

  • Proven work experience as an appointment setter or the ability to be trained in this area.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work within the US and Canada time zones.
  • A valid LinkedIn account with at least 150 connections.
  • Minimum education: graduation (computer skills are a plus).
