eSpark Consulting Group is looking for a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our software solutions to new and existing customers, identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company software products and services to prospective and existing clients
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions
      • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and other sales strategies
        • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, both in person and online
          • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
            • Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements in line with company policies
              • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
                • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
                  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns
                    • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
                      • Use CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software sales or a related field (minimum 1–3 years preferred)
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
        • Strong understanding of software solutions and how they address customer needs
          • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
            • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
              • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
    • Technical background or understanding of software development concepts
      • Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies
