Purpose:

Saad Ahsan Residency & Citizenship is seeking an Executive Processor - Skilled Immigration to handle the administrative and procedural aspects of visa applications for individuals seeking to immigrate for work. This role involves preparing and submitting applications, managing client communication, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Handle end-to-end processing of skilled immigration applications (Canada, Australia, & New Zealand).
  • Coordinate with clients to gather documents, assess eligibility, and complete forms.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding file status and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and client interactions.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to their visa applications.
  • Stay updated with immigration policies, point systems, and application procedures.
  • Liaise with case officers and legal experts when needed.
  • Generate reports on application status and other relevant data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred: Law, International Relations, or Business Administration).
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in immigration case processing (Skilled Category preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
