Seeking a Detail-Oriented Immigration Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Immigration Consultant to join our team. As an Assistant Immigration Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing client consultations, preparing visa applications, and conducting preliminary assessments of clients' immigration needs.

About the Role:

  • Assist senior consultants in managing client consultations to assess their needs and propose suitable immigration solutions.
  • Support the preparation and submission of visa applications and documentation.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of clients' immigration needs and eligibility for various visas and immigration programs.
  • Stay up to date on changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate support to senior consultants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly via face-to-face meetings, phone, email, or social media channels.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Some experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in immigration consultancy, insurance, real estate, or related services.
  • Basic understanding of the immigration process and different country regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.
