Civil Engineering Project Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary:

Engineering graduate with at least 2 years of experience, recognized by HEC university and possessing PEC registration. The candidate will assist senior engineers in project coordination and management.

  • Project Planning and Execution:

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.

Project Design and Development:

Assist in the development and refinement of project designs and specifications in collaboration with senior engineers and other stakeholders.

Site Inspections and Assessments:

Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor project progress, identify issues, and report findings to senior staff for resolution.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that civil engineering projects meet design specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation and assist in preparing reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and issues as directed by senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and address project-related challenges and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements at project sites.
  • Participate actively in risk management activities across the organization.
  • Ensure timely identification, reporting, recording, and management of key risks.

Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate from a HEC recognized university.

• At least 2 years of experience in civil engineering.

• PEC registration mandatory.
