Sequel Technologies, a software company providing healthcare IT and medical billing services to the US market.

Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, preferably within the EHR (Electronic Health Record)/Healthcare domain, and will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Talk to team members and understand what the product needs to do.
  • Write simple and clear documents (like user stories and flowcharts) based on those needs.
  • Help design how the app should look using tools like Figma (for wireframes/mockups).
  • Learn and understand how healthcare/clinical processes work and suggest ways to improve them.
  • Act as a bridge between business, design, and development teams to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Join team meetings to help plan, review, and improve product development.
  • Help find problems (gaps) and suggest solutions.
  • Keep documents organized and up-to-date.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience as a business analyst (experience in healthcare is a plus).
  • Degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, or a similar field.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare systems like EHRs (Electronic Health Records) is a bonus.
  • Comfortable using Figma to work with design teams.
  • Good writing skills to document product needs and technical information.
  • A self-starter who can manage tasks independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA or Trello (optional but nice to have).
  • Must have good English skills to work with teams in the US.
